You want to make a lasting name for yourself by rising above - creating stunning lashes that keep your clients coming back to you. Do work that speaks for itself! Each client is a walking advertisement of your work, and you want your work to scream.

The industry is becoming full of self-taught lash techs. These ‘YouTube Techs’ are damaging lashes by not understanding vital responsibilities such as isolation, sanitation, and proper lash weights. Soon, the Oregon State Board of Cosmetology will crack down--you want to stay ahead of the game by being qualified and responsible. Show your clients that you care about their health and safety by continuing your education, and honing your skills to be the best in the area.

One-on-one mentoring is the perfect answer to those who have taken the basic lash class in cosmetology school, and want more in-depth skills. It’s also ideal for anyone who maybe felt like their original certification didn’t meet their needs.

Frequently requested topics include: help with fan making; isolation tips and tricks; face/eye shape mapping for customized results; how to work with adhesives in our inconsistent Portland temperature & humidity ranges; how to build lasting relationships with clients to keep them coming back for years. This session is flexible - you tell us what you need help with, and we’ll provide!

Mentoring for lash artists: 2 hours, $200

Model may be required. $200 for two hours; each additional hour $50 (if requested). Offered to licensed cosmetologists, hairstylists, and estheticians who have already received lash certification. Luminaria Studios is no longer issuing certification through Lash Affair, Inc - certifications are now issued separately by Jen Davis of Luminaria Studios, an esthetician with 9+ years experience/educated by some of the biggest names in the industry (Lash Affair, Revolashion, Elleebana, certified trainer through NALA)
